Our commitment

We want this site to be usable by as many visitors as possible, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, browse at a larger zoom level, or have a motor, visual or cognitive disability. Accessibility is a design requirement here, not an afterthought — see how that shows up in practice below.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML — real headings, lists and landmarks, not divs styled to look like them.
  • Every interactive element — links, buttons, the before/after comparison slider, form fields, the navigation menu — is operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
  • A "skip to content" link at the top of every page for keyboard users to bypass navigation.
  • Every meaningful image has descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
  • Text and background color combinations are checked against WCAG contrast minimums.
  • Motion — the before/after slider animation, scroll reveals — is disabled automatically when a visitor's system is set to reduce motion.
  • Layout uses relative units and reflows at higher zoom levels and narrow viewports instead of requiring horizontal scrolling.

Standard we target

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That standard is a widely recognized benchmark, not a certification — we treat it as an ongoing target for every new page and component, not a one-time checklist.
