None of this is required to submit the form, but each item shortens the back-and-forth before you get a firm quote.
- Plans or specs, if you have them. Submit this form first, then email plan files to info@kratosconcretecoatings.com? — there is no upload field here.
- Approximate square footage. Total floor area for the scope you are quoting, even a rough number.
- Substrate condition. New pour, existing slab, prior coating in place — whatever you know about what is currently on the ground.
- Timeline. When the space needs to be ready, and any hard dates driving the schedule.
- Access hours. Business hours only, after-hours, weekends, or an occupied building with restrictions — tell us up front so the quote reflects the real install window.
Role options cover general contractor, builder, property manager, facility manager and other — pick whichever fits, and use the message field for anything the form does not ask.
