Overview
This policy covers the website at www.kratosconcretecoatings.com and describes what information we collect when you use it, particularly when you submit an estimate or quote request form. It does not cover information collected outside the website — for example, over the phone or in person during an on-site visit — though we handle that information with the same care.
Information we collect
When you submit the estimate or quote request form on this site, we collect what you enter:
- Name and, for commercial requests, company name and role
- Phone number and email address
- City or project location
- Project type and approximate square footage, if provided
- Any message or project details you write in
Standard web server and hosting logs may also record technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — the way most websites do. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future (for example, to understand which pages lead to estimate requests), this policy will be updated first, and this section will describe what is collected and why.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your estimate or quote request, schedule an inspection or visit, prepare a written quote, and follow up about a project you've asked about. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to responding to your request and, if you become a customer, servicing your project.
How we store it
Every form submission is written first to a Cloudflare KV store, which acts as our system of record — the durable copy of what you submitted, timestamped, in case a downstream system is unavailable. From there, it is typically forwarded to our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, GoHighLevel, so our team can follow up and track your project through to completion. A submission may also be emailed to our team directly. If a downstream destination is temporarily unavailable, the submission still exists in the KV store rather than being lost.
Who we share it with
We share form submission data with the service providers that make the site and our follow-up process work: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), GoHighLevel (CRM and follow-up communication), and, if configured, an email delivery service for internal notifications. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties, and we do not sell it. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers to render the site's typefaces; see the cookies and tracking section below for what that involves.
Cookies and tracking
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser making a request to Google's servers — standard practice for most websites using web fonts, and covered by Google's own privacy policy for that request. The site does not currently run analytics or advertising pixels. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the specific tools in use and what data they collect, before they go live.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the information below. We will honor reasonable requests promptly, though we may need to retain some records where required by law or for active warranty or project documentation.
Data retention
We retain estimate and quote request submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, service a resulting project, honor a warranty, and meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations. Submissions that never convert to a project are not kept indefinitely.
Children's privacy
This website is directed at homeowners, property managers, contractors and businesses seeking concrete coating services, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change what we collect or how we use it — most likely by adding analytics or advertising tools — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Checking back periodically is the best way to stay current.
