01 / WHAT A PARTNER GETS

Built for how a trade account actually works.

Not a one-off homeowner quote. A standing relationship with a committed install window, a single contact, and the paperwork your closeout package needs without asking twice.

This program exists because trade work is not the same transaction as a homeowner calling about one garage. A builder, GC or property manager needs a contractor who shows up on the date they said they would, across dozens of jobs a year, not just once. That is what the program is built to deliver, and it is why the terms below are written the way a purchasing manager actually needs them — plainly, and without a sales pitch attached.

Committed install windows mean your schedule does not slip because a coating crew got pulled to another job. You get a date, and if slab or site conditions push it, you hear about it before the crew is supposed to show up, not after. We build in the lead time a real crew needs instead of quoting an optimistic date we cannot hold.

One point of contact means you are not explaining the scope over again to a different person every time you call. Whoever quotes the work is who you reach when a punch item comes up or a schedule needs to move — no call center, no rotating account rep, no starting over on the phone.

Documentation for closeout — certificate of insurance, W-9, and our Arizona ROC information — is available on request and does not hold up your paperwork while someone tracks it down. Volume pricing is available on request for standing accounts and multi-unit or multi-lot work; ask when you request a quote and we will price the relationship, not just the one job in front of us. Commercial warranty coverage is Transferable to a new owner or tenant with written notice, so a floor we install does not become a liability when a property changes hands.

None of this is exclusive to large accounts. A single-lot custom builder or a two-bay auto shop gets the same point of contact and the same documentation on request as a production builder running a full community — the program scales down as easily as it scales up.
