Solid-color polyaspartic floor in an office and medical tenant improvement space

01 / SUBMITTALS

Product data before the job is scheduled, not after.

Flooring is a submittal item like any other trade on your job — product data sheets, spec compliance and color selections go to you for approval before we schedule.

We work from your project specs, not a generic default, and flag anything in the spec that needs a substitution request before it becomes a problem on install day. Color and finish selections are confirmed against your approved submittal package, so what shows up on site matches what was signed off.

On tenant improvement jobs where the finish is specified generically — "polyaspartic coating" or "sealed concrete" without a named product — we send options that meet the performance intent of the spec along with the data sheets your architect or owner's rep needs to sign off, instead of leaving you to chase that down mid-schedule.

02 / SCHEDULE COORDINATION

We plan around the trades ahead of us.

Flooring is usually one of the last trades in on a TI job, which means our schedule depends on everyone else finishing on time — and it means we cannot be the reason yours does not.

We coordinate directly with your project manager or superintendent on sequencing — confirming MEP rough-in, drywall and paint are far enough along before we mobilize, and building in the moisture testing and prep time a slab needs so it does not surface as a delay mid-schedule. Phased pours or multi-suite buildouts get sectioned the same way: we coat what is ready while other areas are still under construction, instead of waiting for the entire floor plate to be clear before a single crew mobilizes on site.

After-hours and weekend installs are standard for occupied buildings, not a special request — tell us the building's access hours and noise restrictions when you scope the job and we schedule around them.

03 / CLOSEOUT

Documentation ready when your closeout package is due.

Certificate of insurance, W-9 and warranty documentation are available on request and do not hold up your closeout submission.

04 / QUESTIONS

GC & TI partnerships, answered straight.

01 Do you provide submittals before install?

Yes — product data, spec sheets and color selections go to you for approval before we schedule, the way any other trade submittal works on a TI job.

02 Can you work around other trades on a tight schedule?

Yes. Flooring is usually one of the last trades in, and we plan around whoever is ahead of us — MEP, drywall, paint — so we are not the reason the schedule slips.

03 Do you install in occupied buildings after hours?

Yes, on phased sections if needed, so the parts of the building not under construction stay open.
