Kratos Concrete Coatings is based in Glendale and works the West Valley corridor from there: Peoria and Surprise to the north, Phoenix and Scottsdale to the east, Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park and Buckeye to the west, and Sun City tucked in among them. Nine cities, one crew, and a service area small enough that we know the difference between a 1970s Sun City slab and a five-year-old Goodyear production pour before we ever pull up to the curb.

Each city below has its own page covering that city's housing stock, slab era, and the climate factors — monsoon exposure, irrigation patterns, HOA norms — that shape how we prep and coat a floor there. None of them claim a finished job in that city; they're written about conditions, not case studies, until real photos let us show the work itself.

02 / HOW FAR WE TRAVEL

How far we travel

If your address isn't one of the ten cities above, ask anyway. Service area boundaries are guidelines, not hard lines, and travel distance is one factor in scheduling, not a reason to turn a project down outright.

03 / GET A NUMBER

Get a number, not a pitch.

  1. 01

Send photos or book a visit

Whichever is faster for you — both work.

  2. 02

    We measure and inspect

Slab condition, cracks and moisture, on-site or from your photos.

  3. 03

    You get a written quote

A firm number and an install date, not a range that moves later.
