02 / COMMERCIAL & TRADE

For builders, GCs & facilities.

Retail, restaurant, medical, industrial and warehouse floors, plus polished concrete — scheduled around your timeline, not ours.

Commercial work gets quoted differently than a residential garage: return-to-service time, crew capacity, and a single point of contact matter as much as the system itself. Each page below covers the floor; the trade partner program below covers how we work with builders, GCs, and facility managers specifically.

03 / NOT SURE YET

Start with the floor you have.

Most decisions come down to two questions: what does this space do, and does it see direct sun.

If it is an interior garage, shop, or living space with real vehicle or foot traffic, our default recommendation is a polyaspartic system — flake or solid color, depending on how much the existing slab needs to hide. If the space sees direct sun, whether that is an open garage door or a fully exterior slab, polyaspartic is not a preference, it is close to a requirement: see polyaspartic vs epoxy for the full comparison.

Epoxy still has a place — mostly indoors, out of direct sun, and where budget matters more than a 20-year finish. We will tell you honestly when that is your floor on the epoxy flooring page, and when it is not.
